Ingredients:
For the Cake:
• 2 cups (250 g) wheat flour
• ¾ cup (75 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 cups (400 g) sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup (240 ml) milk
• ½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup (240 ml) hot water or hot coffee
For the Chocolate Filling:
• 200 g semi-dark chocolate, chopped
• ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream
• 1 tbsp butter
For the Chocolate Cream Topping:
• 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
• 200 g melted semi-dark chocolate
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
For the Chocolate Whipped Cream:
• 1 cup (240 ml) whipping cream
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp powdered sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
For Decoration:
• Chocolate chips or chocolate curls
• Optional: fresh raspberries for garnish
