Instructions:
1 Prepare the Ranch Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and ranch dressing. Add the fresh cilantro (or parsley), and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until smooth. This homemade ranch sauce will be the creamy base for your burrito wraps, adding flavor and richness.
2 Prepare the Chicken
If you don’t already have cooked chicken, grill, bake, or sauté some chicken breasts or thighs until fully cooked. Once done, chop or shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces. This chicken will be the protein-packed filling for your wraps.
3 Assemble the Burrito Wraps
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Begin by spreading a generous spoonful of the ranch sauce in the center of each tortilla, creating a smooth layer.

Once the fillings are added, carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly from the bottom, securing all the ingredients inside. Be sure to roll the burrito tightly to prevent any ingredients from falling out.
