Homemade Chocolate-Covered Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients:
• Vanilla ice cream (or any preferred flavor)
• Melting chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
• Crushed nuts (almonds, peanuts, or pistachios are great options)
• Crushed cookies (chocolate chip, Oreos, or graham crackers)
• Sprinkles (rainbow or themed sprinkles for extra fun)
• Popsicle sticks

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ice Cream Bars
Start by scooping out the vanilla ice cream (or your preferred flavor) and letting it soften slightly at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes. This makes it easier to mold the ice cream bars. Once softened, scoop a generous portion of ice cream and mold it into bar shapes. You can form them by hand or use a silicone mold for a uniform shape.
Next, insert a popsicle stick into the center of each ice cream bar, pressing gently to ensure it stays in place. Place the molded ice cream bars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze them for at least 2 hours, or until they are firm.
