Grilled Chicken & Bacon Wrap

2 Cook the Bacon
While the chicken is grilling, cook the bacon strips in a separate pan over medium heat until they are crispy and golden brown. You can also bake the bacon in the oven if you prefer a less greasy method. Once crispy, remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess fat.
3 Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken and bacon are cooking, prepare your fresh ingredients. Slice the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. If using, slice the tomato into thin rounds. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
4 Assemble the Wrap
Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread the mashed avocado evenly across the center of each tortilla. Layer the fresh lettuce leaves on top of the avocado, followed by the sliced grilled chicken and crispy bacon. If using, add a few slices of tomato for extra flavor and color.
5 Wrap it Up
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure all the ingredients inside. Repeat the process for the second tortilla.
6 Serve and Enjoy
Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for an on-the-go meal. These wraps can also be served with a side of chips, fries, or a refreshing salad for a complete meal.
