Crispy Roasted Cauliflower – Better Than Meat! Simple, Crunchy & Delicious

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven:
Set your oven to 200 °C (390 °F) top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare the cauliflower:
Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets. If any pieces are too large, cut them down to ensure even roasting.
3. Season the florets:
Place the cauliflower in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. If using Parmesan, mix it in now. Toss everything until well coated.
4. Roast to perfection:
Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 30–40 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, turning once if needed for even crispiness.
5. Serve and enjoy:
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it warm as a meat-free main dish, a tasty side, or a guilt-free snack!
