Instructions
1 Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. Place them in a large pan and sauté until lightly browned on all sides.
2 While the chicken cooks, finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel the carrots and kohlrabi, then dice both into small pieces.
3 Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and kohlrabi to the pan with the chicken. Cook everything together until the vegetables are tender.
4 Stir in the sour cream, season to your taste with salt, pepper, or other favorite spices, and let it simmer briefly so the flavors can meld.
