Christmas Munch

2. Melt the Almond Bark:
Break the almond bark into smaller squares and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the almond bark is completely melted and smooth. This process helps prevent burning and ensures the coating is silky and creamy.
3. Combine the Corn Puffs and Almond Bark:
Once the almond bark is melted, pour it over the corn puffs in the bowl. Using a spatula or spoon, gently stir to coat the corn puffs evenly with the almond bark. Be careful not to crush the puffs as you stir!
4. Add Festive Toppings:
Transfer the coated corn puffs to a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool. If you want to give your Christmas Munch a more festive touch, sprinkle holiday-colored sugar or sprinkles over the mixture while it’s still wet. You can also add other fun toppings like mini chocolate chips or crushed candy canes for an extra layer of flavor and decoration.
5. Let it Set:
Allow the coated corn puffs to set for 1-2 hours, or until the almond bark has fully hardened. You can speed up the process by placing the baking sheet in the fridge for a quicker set, especially if you’re in a rush to serve.
