Ingredients:
For the Base:
• 130 g sugar
• 4 eggs
• 150 g ground hazelnuts
• 50 g flour
• 1/2 bag of baking powder
For the Topping:
• 5 tablespoons of freshly brewed espresso
• 1 glass of cherries (fresh or jarred)
• 600 g cream (heavy cream or double cream)
• 3 bags of vanilla sugar
• 3 bags of whipped cream stabilizer
• 3 bags of espresso powder (for one cup each)
