Ingredients:
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
• 1/4 cup diced mango
• 1/4 cup diced kiwi
• 1 tablespoon granola or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fruits
Start by preparing your fruits. If you’re using fresh berries, wash them thoroughly and slice the strawberries if necessary. For frozen berries, allow them to thaw slightly for a few minutes so they soften and release some juice, which will mix nicely with the yogurt. Dice the mango and kiwi into small pieces, making sure the pieces are bite-sized for easy enjoyment.
