Ingredients:
• 4 chicken fillets (boneless, skinless)
• 400 g crushed tomatoes
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 150 g grated mozzarella
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

1. Prepare the Chicken Fillets:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper on both sides. This will give the chicken a nice base flavor before it’s baked in the tomato sauce.
